The American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED course will teach you how to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies to help victims of any age - adults(about 12 years and older) and pediatric (infants and children up to 12 years of age). Students who successfully complete this course will receive a certificate for Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED valid for two years. This "blended learning" course consists of an at home on-line learning component and a 2-hour hands-on classroom skills session. SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THE ON-LINE LEARNING AND TEST IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO ATTENDING THE CLASSROOM SKILLS SESSION. Details to access the on-line learning content will be sent after registration. NOTE: You MUST complete the on-line learning portion of this course BEFORE attending the classroom skills session and bring a copy of the completion certificate. You will not be allowed to complete the classroom portion or be eligible for certification without doing so.
