Memorial 4 Mile 2023

Kick off the holiday with MCRRC with our annual Memorial Day 4 Miler!  Wear your red, white, and blue and come out for a nice, shady 4-mile race through Rock Creek Park - but don't get too comfortable.  An uphill finish awaits you at the end!

Young Runs:
There will be no timing chips used for the young runs. The runs are FREE, but all participants must be registered by a parent or guardian prior to race day (members and non-members).

Register here! Important Note: Parents or Guardians DO NOT need to register for the young runs to accompany your child.  You are welcome to jump right in with them, if needed!
