Azalea Festival

Azalea Festival
6101 Wilson Lane

Landon School's Azalea Festival has continued consecutively since 1954 when founders, Paul Landon and Mary Lee Banfield, sold azalea plants from the campus to raise scholarship funds. Now organized by the Azalea Festival Committee, the tradition continues every year on the first weekend in May. In addition to selling many unique blooms of azaleas, visitors enjoy live entertainment, shopping, carnival rides, delicious food and treats, and more.
