Mission Statement:
OTC's mission is to create professional theater productions and other programs that nurture artists, students, technicians, administrators and audience members; and to develop each individual's creative potential using the skills and imaginative possibilities of theater and the performing arts.
Objectives:
Olney Theatre Center has three main objectives:
-The artistic objective is to present premieres of new plays and revivals of classical theater that resonate in a contemporary context.
-The educational objective is to integrate the artistic programs and the creative process into schools' core curricula for systemic and sustained impact on the learning process.
-The cultural objective is to expand the participation of community residents in the theater's artistic work and to explore diversity in the content, style and form of its programs.
